        How to measure

Every bracelet is made to order. Getting the size right means it sits well, moves with you, and lasts. Measuring takes 30 seconds.

        1. 1. Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where you'd wear a bracelet.
        2. 2. No tape? Wrap a strip of paper around instead, mark where it meets, then measure it against a ruler.
        3. 3. Keep it snug but not tight. That's your wrist size.
        4. 4. Find it in the chart above.

        How to find your size

Necklace length determines where a piece sits and how it layers. Most men wear 46–50cm for a clean solo look. For layering, keep at least 4cm between lengths.

        Length Where it sits Note

        The Manifestation Intention

        Action · Discipline · Result

For the man who would rather build the thing than picture it. What he brings. Where the plan stands in for the work. The work of closing the loop on what he said he would do.

        The Strength

        • Closing the loop on what you said you would do
        • A short distance between deciding and acting
        • Quiet confidence built on stacked completions
        • The patience to finish without applause

        The Challenge

        • Mistaking the plan for the work
        • Visualising the outcome instead of choosing the next action
        • Starting new systems instead of finishing the one you have
        • Confusing momentum with motion

        The Work

        • Trade the wish list for one decision a day
        • Trust execution over inspiration
        • Stay with the boring middle long enough for the result to show
        • Let the work be the proof

        The Forge

Built, one move at a time.

Malachite is a banded green copper carbonate. One of the oldest ores known to man, smelted into copper by ancient metallurgists. The concentric bands are layers of mineral laid down by copper-rich water flowing through rock over centuries. Layer on layer. Intent stacked on intent.

Manifestation is for the man who has decided the move is more honest than the plan. It is the next action taken before the excitement of the idea has worn off. Between the intention and the proof sits one move. Make it.

        The Daily Practice

        What you finish, you own.

Take one decision you've already made and move it forward today, however small the step. Then close the loop: send it, ship it, tick it off.

When you put this on each morning, ask yourself:

        • What is one move I could make right now that would prove I meant this?
        • Where am I treating preparation as completion?
        • What is the smallest piece of this I could finish today instead of stage tomorrow?
        • What have I already decided that I haven't yet started?

The intention is real the moment the move is.

A green copper carbonate laid down in concentric bands, so every bead shows its own rings. One of the oldest ores known, smelted into copper since ancient times. Associated with transformation, willpower, and purposeful action.

        Sterling Silver

Sterling silver, all the way through.

The clasp and findings are sterling silver through and through, so there is no plating to wear away. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back. Made to be worn daily, for years.

        About Manifestation

What does the Manifestation necklace represent?

Manifestation is for the man who is done writing goals and ready to put them in the world. It represents transformation through action.

If you're not sure which Intention fits you, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

What stones are in the Manifestation necklace?

The Manifestation necklace is made with Malachite, Lava Stone and Pyrite, set with sterling silver hardware.

Malachite is a banded green copper carbonate with distinctive concentric patterns. One of the oldest known ores, smelted into copper by ancient civilisations. Associated with transformation through sustained action.

How do I know if Manifestation is the right Intention for me?

Choose Manifestation if you have been mistaking the plan for the work, if execution has been losing to inspiration, or if you have been restarting systems instead of finishing them.

For a guided recommendation across all 24 Intentions, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

Can I wear the Manifestation bracelet and necklace together?

Yes, they're made to be worn together. One stone, worn at the wrist and at the chest, holds the line between the intention and the move that proves it.

How is Manifestation different from Prosperity?

Manifestation is the move that closes the loop. Prosperity is the long compound result that arrives when readiness meets time. Both sit within the abundance and growth theme of the Intentions collection.

        Ordering & care

        What lengths are available?

Intention necklaces come in seven lengths from 46 cm to 58 cm. 46 cm sits at the base of the neck, 48 cm just below the collarbone and 50 cm on the upper chest, the most common choice. See the size guide to find yours.

How does it fasten, and will it stretch?

It closes with a Sterling Silver clasp. The beads are strung on flexible stainless steel wire, so it sits naturally and does not stretch or sag over time.

        Are the stones natural?

Every stone in an Intention is genuine natural stone. Variation in colour and pattern is part of it: no two pieces are identical. See the stone library for the meaning and formation of each one.

What are the clasp and findings made of?

Sterling Silver, with no plating or coating, so there is no surface layer to wear through. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Most of what touches your skin is natural stone. The wire is coated stainless steel and almost entirely covered by the beads, so the main metal contact is the clasp and findings, which are Sterling Silver. If you have a known metal allergy, check these materials against it before ordering, or contact us and we'll send the full component list.

How should I care for my necklace?

Remove your necklace before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise to protect the stones and the wire. Store it flat when you're not wearing it. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

See the care guide for stone-specific notes.

        How long does shipping take?

Each necklace is made to order in Queensland, Australia. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Every piece is handmade after you order, so occasionally it can take a little longer.

During peak sale and holiday periods, allow up to 4 business days for your shipping confirmation. See the shipping policy for details.

Do you ship internationally? What does shipping cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. In Australia, Standard shipping is free on orders over $119 (otherwise $10) and Express is free over $249 (otherwise $13). In the US, Standard shipping is free over US$99, with duties included. For every other country, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my necklace?

You can return unworn necklaces in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a credit note to use on another length or piece. We don't refund change of mind because each piece is made to order with natural stones, but we'll always work with you on sizing.

See the returns policy for full terms.

        What does it come with?

Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card explaining its stones and the Intention behind them.

        Is it a good gift?

Yes. Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card that explains its stones, so it arrives ready to give.

How do I wear it day to day?

Designed for daily wear. Wear it alone or layered with other pieces. Made for life, work, and the moments that call for focus.

Take it off before swimming, showering or heavy exercise.

        Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Intention is covered by our 12-month guarantee. If a piece fails under normal daily wear within 12 months, Mana for Men will repair or replace it.
