Made to order

Every piece is made by hand after you order it, and we aim to dispatch within 2 business days. In peak sale and holiday periods, allow up to 4 business days for your shipping confirmation. If you need it by a set date, choose Express at checkout and email hello@manaformen.com.au.

Australia

We ship with Australia Post.

• Standard: free over $119, otherwise $10.
• Express: free over $249, otherwise $13.

You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.

United States

Standard shipping is free over US$99, with duties included, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

Other countries

Shipping is calculated at checkout, with two tracked options: Standard (about 7 business days) and Express (about 5). A few countries are outside our carriers' reach. Email us to check yours.

Duties and taxes

Outside Australia and the US, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival and are yours to pay. They aren't refundable, and an order refused because of them can't be refunded.

Delayed or lost

Once your order is with the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you, and we're not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, damaged or delayed by the carrier. If yours hasn't arrived when expected, check your tracking link first. If it's stuck, email us your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.

Wrong address or unclaimed

If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, resending it costs extra shipping.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your order until it's been fulfilled. Email us your order number as soon as you can. Once it has shipped, return it within 30 days under the returns policy.
