Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Handling

As all of our jewellery is handmade after ordered, we aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days of confirmation.

Please note that during peak sale and holiday periods, order processing may take longer. Please allow up to four business days to receive your shipping confirmation during these times.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing Express Post during checkout and emailing us at hello@manaformen.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests.

2. Shipping within Australia

We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. Shipping options and costs are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Starts from $10 on orders under $119.

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $119.

  • FREE Express Shipping: Available on all orders over $249.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey.

3. International Shipping

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You can choose from two trackable options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5+ business days.

Important Note on Service Limitations: Please note there are some countries that we do not ship to because of carrier limitations and higher costs. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, please email us at hello@manaformen.com.au.

4. International Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and local taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country.

  • You, the customer, are responsible for paying these charges.

  • These fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return or reject your order, these charges cannot be recovered from us.

  • Mana for Men will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges.

Please contact your local customs office for further information as these fees can vary widely from country to country.

5. Shipping Liability and Risk of Loss

Mana for Men is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any international carrier.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Mana for Men pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Lost/Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check your tracking link. If the package is severely delayed or stuck, contact us at hello@manaformen.com.au with your order number, and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf. We will work with you to provide as much information as we can.

  • Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Parcels: Mana for Men is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order once it is returned to us.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to technical restrictions and our fast processing times, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed and placed for delivery.

If you wish to purchase a different item, or no longer want to receive your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Receive the item when it arrives.

  2. Return the item you do not want within 30 days of receipt (see our full Return Policy for details).

  3. Place a new order for the desired item if required.
