        How to measure

Every bracelet is made to order. Getting the size right means it sits well, moves with you, and lasts. Measuring takes 30 seconds.

        1. 1. Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where you'd wear a bracelet.
        2. 2. No tape? Wrap a strip of paper around instead, mark where it meets, then measure it against a ruler.
        3. 3. Keep it snug but not tight. That's your wrist size.
        4. 4. Find it in the chart above.

        How to find your size

Necklace length determines where a piece sits and how it layers. Most men wear 46–50cm for a clean solo look. For layering, keep at least 4cm between lengths.

        Length Where it sits Note
/ 18" Collarbone Sits at the base of the neck
        / 19" Below collarbone —
/ 20" Upper chest Versatile for daily wear

        The Inner Strength Intention

        Foundation · Endurance · Quiet

For the man who holds the floor when others lose theirs. What that strength gives him. Where he carries everything alone. The work of letting strength be quiet without being hidden.

        The Strength

        • A bottom you can find when others lose theirs
        • The kind of calm that does not require an audience
        • Long endurance through stretches that ask for it
        • A presence others lean on without being asked

        The Challenge

        • Confusing endurance with avoidance
        • Carrying everything alone because asking feels like weakness
        • Going hard on the outside while quietly running out of fuel
        • Mistaking stoicism for processing

        The Work

        • Plan recovery as deliberately as effort
        • Let the right people see the weight you are carrying
        • Build strength as a quiet practice
        • Trust that the deepest holding is quiet

        The Foundation

        Strength nobody sees.

Black Tourmaline is schorl, the most abundant member of the tourmaline group. Opaque deep black with natural vertical striations along the prismatic crystal axes. High iron content gives it density. Its piezoelectric structure generates a charge under pressure.

Inner Strength is for the man who has decided the foundation is doing the work the surface gets credit for. It is the structure underneath that holds when everything visible bends. Wear it for the foundation no one else sees.

        The Daily Practice

Build the floor before the weight.

Check what you're carrying and who knows about it. Let one person see a little more of the weight this week. Strength lasts longer when it's shared.

When you put this on each morning, ask yourself:

        • What am I carrying alone right now that I do not actually have to?
        • Where am I confusing endurance with avoidance of the harder move?
        • What is the practice that keeps me steady, and when did I last actually do it?
        • Who could I let in on what I'm carrying?

The strongest part of you is the part you keep returning to.

        The Stones

        Black Tourmaline

        Tourmaline: NaFe₃Al₆(BO₃)₃Si₆O₁₈(OH)₄ (Schorl variety)

Solid ground. Holds him steady when everything around him bends.

Schorl, the most common member of the tourmaline family: opaque black, rich in iron, with fine natural striations along each bead. It generates a small electric charge when heated or pressed. Associated with grounding, protection, and presence.

        Sterling Silver

Sterling silver, all the way through.

The clasp and findings are sterling silver through and through, so there is no plating to wear away. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back. Made to be worn daily, for years.

        About Inner Strength

What does the Inner Strength necklace represent?

Inner Strength is for the man who has learned that strength is built underneath the line, out of sight. It represents the part of you that holds when everything else bends.

If you're not sure which Intention fits you, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

What stones are in the Inner Strength necklace?

The Inner Strength necklace is made with Black Tourmaline, Lava Stone and Pyrite, set with sterling silver hardware.

Black Tourmaline is schorl, the most abundant member of the tourmaline group. Opaque deep black with natural striations running the length of the crystal. Hard, durable and electrically polar. Associated with grounding and protection.

How do I know if Inner Strength is the right Intention for me?

Choose Inner Strength if you have been carrying the weight alone because asking feels like weakness, if endurance has started looking like avoidance, or if the foundation has been doing more work than you have been letting yourself feel.

For a guided recommendation across all 24 Intentions, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

Can I wear the Inner Strength bracelet and necklace together?

Yes, they're made to be worn together. One stone, worn at the wrist and at the chest, keeps the structure standing while the surface takes the weather.

How is Inner Strength different from Strength?

Inner Strength is the structure under the line, quiet and unseen. Strength is the daily rep that builds it. Inner Strength sits within the protection and grounding theme of the Intentions collection; Strength within strength and resilience.

        Ordering & care

        What lengths are available?

Intention necklaces come in seven lengths from 46 cm to 58 cm. 46 cm sits at the base of the neck, 48 cm just below the collarbone and 50 cm on the upper chest, the most common choice. See the size guide to find yours.

How does it fasten, and will it stretch?

It closes with a Sterling Silver clasp. The beads are strung on flexible stainless steel wire, so it sits naturally and does not stretch or sag over time.

        Are the stones natural?

Every stone in an Intention is genuine natural stone. Variation in colour and pattern is part of it: no two pieces are identical. See the stone library for the meaning and formation of each one.

What are the clasp and findings made of?

Sterling Silver, with no plating or coating, so there is no surface layer to wear through. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Most of what touches your skin is natural stone. The wire is coated stainless steel and almost entirely covered by the beads, so the main metal contact is the clasp and findings, which are Sterling Silver. If you have a known metal allergy, check these materials against it before ordering, or contact us and we'll send the full component list.

How should I care for my necklace?

Remove your necklace before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise to protect the stones and the wire. Store it flat when you're not wearing it. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

See the care guide for stone-specific notes.

        How long does shipping take?

Each necklace is made to order in Queensland, Australia. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Every piece is handmade after you order, so occasionally it can take a little longer.

During peak sale and holiday periods, allow up to 4 business days for your shipping confirmation. See the shipping policy for details.

Do you ship internationally? What does shipping cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. In Australia, Standard shipping is free on orders over $119 (otherwise $10) and Express is free over $249 (otherwise $13). In the US, Standard shipping is free over US$99, with duties included. For every other country, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my necklace?

You can return unworn necklaces in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a credit note to use on another length or piece. We don't refund change of mind because each piece is made to order with natural stones, but we'll always work with you on sizing.

See the returns policy for full terms.

        What does it come with?

Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card explaining its stones and the Intention behind them.

        Is it a good gift?

Yes. Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card that explains its stones, so it arrives ready to give.

How do I wear it day to day?

Designed for daily wear. Wear it alone or layered with other pieces. Made for life, work, and the moments that call for focus.

Take it off before swimming, showering or heavy exercise.

        Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Intention is covered by our 12-month guarantee. If a piece fails under normal daily wear within 12 months, Mana for Men will repair or replace it.
