        How to measure

Every bracelet is made to order. Getting the size right means it sits well, moves with you, and lasts. Measuring takes 30 seconds.

        1. 1. Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist, just below the wrist bone, where you'd wear a bracelet.
        2. 2. No tape? Wrap a strip of paper around instead, mark where it meets, then measure it against a ruler.
        3. 3. Keep it snug but not tight. That's your wrist size.
        4. 4. Find it in the chart above.

        How to find your size

Necklace length determines where a piece sits and how it layers. Most men wear 46–50cm for a clean solo look. For layering, keep at least 4cm between lengths.

        Length Where it sits Note
/ 18" Collarbone Sits at the base of the neck
        / 19" Below collarbone —

        The Courage Intention

        Resolve · Clarity · Forward

For the man who acts on what scares him instead of waiting it out. What that gives him. Where he mistakes caution for wisdom. The work of moving before the fear has gone.

        The Strength

        • Saying the thing in the moment
        • Holding your line when others soften theirs
        • Stepping forward while others hesitate
        • Plain speech where most would hedge

        The Challenge

        • Waiting for the fear to pass before you start
        • Letting the hard conversation sit too long
        • Calling caution what is actually avoidance
        • Rehearsing the call instead of making it

        The Work

        • Move before the fear is gone
        • Speak plainly when it's the harder thing
        • Trust action to build what waiting can't
        • Choose the conversation that frightens you

        Compare the Courage Intentions

Not quite you? Take the 60-second quiz

        The Step

Move while the fear is still talking.

Aquamarine is a blue variety of beryl, the same mineral family as emerald, coloured by trace ferrous iron in its hexagonal crystal structure. Hard, durable, stable under daily wear. The blue is the colour of water held under pressure. Calm inside the pressure.

Courage is for the man who has decided that movement does not wait on feeling. It is the choice to act before the fear has lifted. Wear it for the step you take before doubt can talk you out of it.

        The Daily Practice

        Move first. The nerve follows.

Pick the conversation, call or decision you keep pushing to next week. Make the smallest real move on it before lunch. The nerve turns up once you've started, rarely before.

When you put this on each morning, ask yourself:

        • What am I calling caution that I'd call cowardice in someone else?
        • What's the smaller version of this move I can make today?
        • Who am I waiting to give me permission I can give myself?
        • Which conversation would change the most if I had it this week?

Courage is chosen again, every time the work asks.

        Aquamarine

        Beryl: Be₃Al₂Si₆O₁₈

Clear nerve. Keeps his head clear under pressure, so he moves before the fear has gone.

A blue variety of beryl, the same mineral family as emerald, coloured by traces of iron. One of the hardest stones in the collection, it keeps its clarity through years of daily wear. Associated with courage, clear communication, and calm under pressure.

        Sterling Silver

Sterling silver, all the way through.

The clasp and findings are sterling silver through and through, so there is no plating to wear away. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back. Made to be worn daily, for years.

        About Courage

What does the Courage necklace represent?

Courage is for the man who acts on what scares him instead of waiting it out. It represents the decision to move before the feeling of readiness arrives.

If you're not sure which Intention fits you, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

What stones are in the Courage necklace?

The Courage necklace is made with Aquamarine, Lava Stone and Pyrite, set with sterling silver hardware.

Aquamarine is a blue variety of beryl coloured by trace ferrous iron, the same mineral family as emerald. One of the harder gemstones used in men's jewellery: durable, resistant to abrasion, and stable under daily wear. Associated with clarity under pressure and the courage to speak plainly.

How do I know if Courage is the right Intention for me?

Choose Courage if you have been waiting for the fear to pass before you start, if the call you rehearse you never quite make, or if caution has begun looking the same as avoidance.

For a guided recommendation across all 24 Intentions, take the 60-second Intention quiz.

Can I wear the Courage bracelet and necklace together?

Yes, they're made to be worn together. One stone, worn at the wrist and at the chest, reminds you the move is more honest than the wait.

How is Courage different from Facing Fears?

Courage moves first. Facing Fears stays with what the move uncovered. Both sit within the courage and confidence theme of the Intentions collection.

        Ordering & care

        What lengths are available?

Intention necklaces come in seven lengths from 46 cm to 58 cm. 46 cm sits at the base of the neck, 48 cm just below the collarbone and 50 cm on the upper chest, the most common choice. See the size guide to find yours.

How does it fasten, and will it stretch?

It closes with a Sterling Silver clasp. The beads are strung on flexible stainless steel wire, so it sits naturally and does not stretch or sag over time.

        Are the stones natural?

Every stone in an Intention is genuine natural stone. Variation in colour and pattern is part of it: no two pieces are identical. See the stone library for the meaning and formation of each one.

What are the clasp and findings made of?

Sterling Silver, with no plating or coating, so there is no surface layer to wear through. Like all real silver it can darken with time; a soft polishing cloth brings it straight back.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Most of what touches your skin is natural stone. The wire is coated stainless steel and almost entirely covered by the beads, so the main metal contact is the clasp and findings, which are Sterling Silver. If you have a known metal allergy, check these materials against it before ordering, or contact us and we'll send the full component list.

How should I care for my necklace?

Remove your necklace before swimming, showering, or heavy exercise to protect the stones and the wire. Store it flat when you're not wearing it. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

See the care guide for stone-specific notes.

        How long does shipping take?

Each necklace is made to order in Queensland, Australia. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Every piece is handmade after you order, so occasionally it can take a little longer.

During peak sale and holiday periods, allow up to 4 business days for your shipping confirmation. See the shipping policy for details.

Do you ship internationally? What does shipping cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. In Australia, Standard shipping is free on orders over $119 (otherwise $10) and Express is free over $249 (otherwise $13). In the US, Standard shipping is free over US$99, with duties included. For every other country, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my necklace?

You can return unworn necklaces in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You'll receive a credit note to use on another length or piece. We don't refund change of mind because each piece is made to order with natural stones, but we'll always work with you on sizing.

See the returns policy for full terms.

        What does it come with?

Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card explaining its stones and the Intention behind them.

        Is it a good gift?

Yes. Every piece ships in a Mana for Men box with a card that explains its stones, so it arrives ready to give.

How do I wear it day to day?

Designed for daily wear. Wear it alone or layered with other pieces. Made for life, work, and the moments that call for focus.

Take it off before swimming, showering or heavy exercise.

        Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every Intention is covered by our 12-month guarantee. If a piece fails under normal daily wear within 12 months, Mana for Men will repair or replace it.
