A grounding reminder to slow down, breathe, and stay present.

Choosing the right bracelet size

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet. Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

Step 2: If you’re using a strip of paper, mark where it overlaps, then measure it with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Step 3: Add 1–2cm to your wrist measurement, depending on your preferred fit:

+1cm for a snug fit
+1.5cm for a comfortable fit
+2cm for a looser fit

This final measurement is your ideal bracelet size.

Is this bracelet meant to replace professional support?

No. This bracelet is designed as a supportive tool and reminder. It is not intended to replace professional mental health care.

What if I choose the wrong size?

No problem. We offer easy size exchanges if the fit isn’t right.

Is this a good gift?

Yes. Mana for Men pieces are commonly purchased as meaningful gifts and arrive ready to gift.

Are the materials skin-safe?

Yes. All bracelets and necklaces are made using natural stones and quality metal components selected for everyday wear. Sterling silver and gold-filled components are suitable for most skin types.

Can I wear this every day?

Yes. Mana for Men pieces are designed to be worn daily and crafted for comfort, durability, and long-term use.

Are your pieces handcrafted?

Yes. Each piece is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail to ensure quality, fit, and consistency.

Will the stones vary in appearance?

Yes. Natural stones vary slightly in colour, texture, and pattern. These subtle differences make each piece unique.

Do natural stones require special care?

To maintain the appearance of natural stones, avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces. Clean gently with a soft cloth when needed.

Can pieces be stacked or layered together?

Yes. Our pieces are designed to be worn individually or layered together, depending on your preference and style.

How do I use lava stone beads with essential oils?

Apply 1–2 drops of essential oil directly to the lava stone beads and allow it to absorb fully before wearing. As the piece is worn, body heat gently releases the scent throughout the day.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

Sterling silver may naturally oxidise over time, especially with exposure to moisture or air. This is normal and can be easily polished to restore its finish.

Nice Australian made bracelet
My husband loves it, says it helps calm his anxiety. Maybe mind over matter, but it works!
