        About the stones.

        How are the stones chosen?

Each piece names a piece of work: an Archetype or an Intention. Its stones are chosen for what they're traditionally held to carry and for how they sit together. Every stone page lists the pieces it's in.

        Are the stones natural?

Yes. Every stone is natural, so colour, pattern and translucency vary from bead to bead, and no two pieces are quite the same.

        What do the properties mean?

Properties like grounding, clarity and protection are the associations each stone has carried through long use across cultures. Each stone page explains its meaning and where it comes from. Pick a property above to see the stones that share it.

Can I choose my own stones?

Each piece is a set combination built around its Archetype or Intention. If you have other stones in mind, we can make a custom piece: contact us and tell us what you're after.

Which stones are right for me?

Take the Archetype quiz: seven questions, about 60 seconds, and it points to an Archetype and the stones chosen for it. To start from what you're working on, take the Intention quiz.
